We start with a focused 90-minute interview where we map your operations, your team structure, and the gaps between how things work now and how they need to work as you grow. From there, I turn everything into a written brief: a structured summary of findings, priorities, and a practical roadmap showing what to fix, what to build, and where to start.
The Roadmap can stand alone, or it becomes the foundation for a full Notion Build. Your £395 investment is credited in full towards any build package.

The Notion Build
The Notion Build is where we take the strategy and priorities from your Founder Systems & Notion Roadmap and build a workspace your team can rely on. We work in two phases:
Phase 1 pilots the core system with a smaller team or a single area of the business first — so we can test, refine, and get real feedback before a wider rollout.
Phase 2 is the full build: the complete system, rolled out across your team, with clear structure, documentation, and a handover so your team can use and maintain it independently.
Your £395 Roadmap investment is credited in full towards your build package. Exact scope and phasing are determined during your Roadmap session.
