Listen up, folks, 'cause I'm a woman of many damn lives!

Growing up, my family fostered kids left and right, so I know a thing or two about adapting to change

In my early career, I was an executive assistant in the music industry, fuelled by Red Bull and my own self-importance (oops)

Thankfully, I got over myself and started exploring the world, living in different places, and expanding my horizons

I even retrained in Editorial Photography and used my skills to showcase the stories of those society tends to overlook - the misunderstood, the misfits, and the underrepresented

But wait, there's more! I also trained in counselling methodologies and volunteered as a mentor for female offenders and a restorative justice facilitator in the prison system. (yep, I'm a total badass)

Most recently, I've been working in Program Management, and have some fancy-ass certifications to prove it

And now, I use my skills to design and implement business strategies, operations & systems for overwhelmed neurodivergent entrepreneurs

I've got a toolbox full of tricks and tips from all sorts of disciplines, and I'm ready to help you streamline your systems, processes, and structure to take your biz to the next level

  • In ‘Think and Grow Rich’, Hill describes a mastermind group as the “Coordination of knowledge and effort, in a spirit of harmony, between two or more people, for the attainment of a definite purpose.” He says that when a group of minds come together, they essentially create an unseen, powerful force— a mastermind.

  • This ND-Mastermind is a micro-community of Neurodivergent Entrepreneurs who come together bi-weekly to support each other to level up and scale their existing business by tackling strategic challenges collectively

  • We won't judge you if you do! While we can't guarantee that the other attendees will be dressed in their finest attire, we do recommend that you wear something comfy (and preferably pants, but we won't check).

  • The ND Masterminds are structured meet-ups which enable a small group to share wins, set/track goals, keep each other accountable, gain feedback, and address challenges by meeting on a regular basis and working together to share, explore and resolve any issues

    Working on the principle that we all have the answers within, the main purpose of the group is to ask questions, to support the individual to find their own answers

    Everybody has equal weight, labels and status are left at the door. No one person has authority over the other. There is a facilitator who helps structure and run the sessions.

  • Let’s be real, you can’t put a price on being a badass entrepreneur. This particular package is currently at a promo price of £795, usually £995. Payment is due in full before commencing, however, payment options are available.

  • The Mastermind lasts 12 weeks with bi-weekly 1.5-hour sessions. Timings differ slightly.

  • ☽ The mastermind size will be between 6-8 Neurodivergent Entrepreneurs

    ☽ The group will meet online bi-weekly

    ☽ Members agree to bring along a current business challenge they’d like support with, as well as any updates, wins, and achievements from the previous week

    ☽ In each session, members will take the HotSeat to discuss their current challenge

    ☽ The rest of the group will walk through a framework to support the person in the ‘Hot Seat’ with finding practical solutions to their challenge

    ☽ In between sessions, each member will be
