Before we build anything, the Roadmap gives us a clear, honest picture of how your business actually operates - where the bottlenecks are, what's creating friction, and how your systems are helping or holding things back.
We start with a focused 90-minute interview to map your operations, team structure, and the gaps between how things work now and how they need to work as you grow. From there, I turn everything into a Roadmap.

The Notion Solution
The Notion Solution is where we take the strategy and priorities from your Systems Roadmap and build a workspace your team can rely on. We work in two phases:
Phase 1 pilots the core system with a smaller team or a single area of the business first — so we can test, refine, and get real feedback before a wider rollout.
Phase 2 is the full build: the complete system, rolled out across your team, with clear structure, documentation, and a handover so your team can use and maintain it independently.
Your £395 Roadmap investment is credited in full towards your build package. Exact scope and phasing are determined during your Roadmap session.
